Had very pleasant stay right in the town and the weather was very warm. The rooms were brand-new and extremely pleasant with bath, you feel like home. All of the staff was easygoing and committed. The location in a very relaxing area was magnificent.

Simply no reason to complain, wonderful stay. Special traditional hotel for a couple of nights. Excellent breakfast selection with toast and customized options, as for instance. Stylish and new-fashioned rooms by a delicious breakfast. Magnificent, stunning location in Melrose, so close to local attractions and other Border towns, Melrose in the Scottish Borders, and the center of charming Melrose.

This hotel was located in a very central area adjacent to the Bar/Bistro as well as Scotland. Found time to see Rhymer's Stone, that's not too far away from the property. Delicious and sensational breakfast with a verity available was available.

Really big rooms, very very good breakfast. Particularly good and beautiful location a super close walk to city centre. And a 15-minute walk from a well-laid-out formal garden.

The breakfast was delicious and very very good with black pudding and the Beef, as example, and the bistro bar was a plus. Its location was particularly good and beautiful, in the center of town-- easy walk to the Abbey, and in a crowded area.
There was no elevator which we expected.

The rooms were compact and neat here with both the bar, lovely tweed, for example. The hotel's location was excellent, just next door to the very handsome restaurant, the home of the late Sir Walter Scott, and centre of town.
